These terms apply to your use of the DISME website. By browsing the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

DISME may update these terms as the website changes. The revision date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.

This website is informational and promotional. It introduces DISME, documents the RIPZ experience and the DISME Coins line, keeps a record of notable pulls, and points visitors to the live shows.

No sale, order, bid, payment or shipping arrangement is created on this website. There is no cart, no checkout and no payment processing here.

DISME presents material and opens RIPZ packs during live shows on Whatnot. Buying, bidding, payment, shipping, cancellations, returns, buyer protection and dispute resolution for those transactions are handled on that platform and are governed by Whatnot's own terms, policies and account requirements, not by these terms.

DISME is independent. Nothing on this website should be read as affiliation with, sponsorship by, endorsement by or legal approval by Whatnot. Links and references to Whatnot are provided so that visitors can find the channel.

Eligibility to hold an account, to bid or to buy on Whatnot is subject to Whatnot's current requirements. Those requirements can change and are outside DISME's control.

Coin, collectible and release information on this site is published for collector reference. Where a release record, checklist or production figure appears, it is intended to describe that specific release as documented, and it may be corrected if the underlying record is updated.

DISME does not publish odds, pack structure, per-pack probabilities, floor, ceiling or average value figures, and does not offer or imply any particular outcome from a sealed product. Nothing on this site is a lottery, raffle, sweepstakes or wager, and it should not be described that way.

Photographs, video and clips may show pieces pulled during previous shows. They are historical examples and are not a promise of comparable results.

DISME does not provide financial, investment, tax or appraisal advice. Nothing on this site is an offer of an investment, a valuation, or a statement that any item will hold, gain or return value. Collectible markets move independently of anything published here.

Where a piece is described as certified, the grade and the accompanying opinion belong to the independent grading service that issued them. DISME does not assign grades and does not control grading outcomes, turnaround or holder condition.

Grading-service names, logos and label designations are the property of those services. Their use here is descriptive and does not imply endorsement of DISME by them.

This website does not by itself launch a giveaway, sweepstakes or contest. If DISME runs one in the future it will be published with its own official rules, eligibility criteria, entry period and any legally required entry method and disclosures, and those rules will govern that promotion.

The DISME and RIPZ names, marks, logos, page design, copy, photography, video and other site content are owned by DISME or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share the site for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution intact.

You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, republish or use site content commercially, or use DISME marks in a way that suggests sponsorship or affiliation, without written permission. Third-party names and marks that appear here remain the property of their respective owners.

When using this site, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
• attempt to access non-public areas, accounts or systems, or to defeat any security or authentication control;
• scrape, harvest, mirror or bulk-download content, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on the site;
• interfere with the site's operation, introduce malicious code, or probe or test its vulnerability without permission;
• misrepresent yourself as DISME or as affiliated with DISME, or impersonate another person.

DISME may change, suspend or discontinue any part of this site, including pages, features and published content, at any time and without notice. Show schedules, release information and live status shown on this site can change, and DISME does not guarantee that the site or any live show will be available at a given time.

Live status and show information reflect the records DISME has entered. Delays or interruptions in that data can occur, and Whatnot remains the authoritative source for whether a show is running.

This site links to third-party services, including Whatnot and grading services. DISME does not control those services, is not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DISME disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that published information is complete, current or accurate at all times.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DISME will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost collecting opportunities, arising out of your use of this website.

This section limits DISME's liability for the website itself. It does not limit your rights in a transaction completed on Whatnot, which is covered by that platform's terms and by applicable consumer protection law, and it does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

DISME operates from the United States and this website is directed to visitors there. The governing law and venue clause for these terms is being finalised together with confirmation of the operating legal entity, and will be published in this section rather than assumed. Until then, nothing in this section waives any right or remedy available to either party under applicable law.

A dedicated DISME contact address for legal and privacy requests is being confirmed. Until it is published here, questions about an order placed during a live show are handled through the Whatnot channel where the purchase was made.
